This Triumph Herald Coupe has just been added to the collection and is a remarkable, all original survivor. Just two owners and 67,000 miles from new with a plentiful amount of original documentation including correspondence to and from the Triumph factory when ordered new. Seats, carpets, engine hoses even down to the hose clips are all original. Numerous internal items and panels retain their part number labels as do the floor footwell carpets.

The car was intended for touring use and as a result, was fitted with a number of upgrades such as twin fuel tanks, Lucas fog lighter spot lamps and Delaney & Gallet full harness front seat straps. The Matador red interior is all original including all the panel cards together with the occassional rear seat (base only) which was itemised on the original factory build.  All these special period items are still present today.
